I started in real estate in 2020 after buying my first 4-unit property. At the time, I was working as an Engineer and learning everything I could about investing on the side. That first purchase changed everything, it made me realize that real estate wasn’t just about property; it was about creating options, building something for the long term, and helping others do the same.

What began as a side hustle quickly turned into a passion. I got licensed and eventually left my career to pursue real estate full-time. I wanted to do more than just close deals—I wanted to build a brand centered on service, trust, and results.

That’s what led me to start TOGAR & Co. It’s a team built around the belief that buying or selling a home should feel empowering, not overwhelming. Our mission is simple: to guide clients through the real estate process with clarity, honesty, and heart.
